I'm a big fan of 360 degree assessments. They help leaders become aware of their impact - including hidden strengths and blind spots - with their senior leaders, peers, and direct reports. Although certified in a number of 360 assessments, I most often
use the Lominger or The Clark Wilson Task Cycle for their depth and meaning to
my clients.
